Getting Help and Assistance
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- Club staff receive disability awareness/equality training.
- Stewards receive disability awareness/equality training.
- Hospitality staff receive disability awareness/equality training.
- Food and drink concession staff do not receive disability awareness/equality training.
- Car parking attendants do receive disability awareness/equality training.
- Stewards and hospitality staff receive deaf awareness training.
- There is an assistance dog toilet or toileting area at the stadium/near by.
- The assistance dog toilet or toileting area is located on the outer concourse, next to the Ken Friar Bridge.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available.
- There are not mobility aids available.
- To obtain mobility aids please contact the Disability Liaison Team.
- The club can provide wheelchairs on matchdays either on the day via a steward or beforehand by calling 0207 619 5050.
- Some stewards are trained in British Sign Language.
- All home matchday programmes are made available as an audio podcast, the podcast is free of charge. Other formats are available on request.

By Road
View
- Supporters are strongly advised not to drive to Emirates Stadium. The ground is situated in a mainly residential area with an extensive Event Day Parking Scheme in operation. Only car owners with resident's permits will be allowed to park on-street in the designated areas and any cars parked illegally will be towed away.
There are changes to the traffic plans on days when matches are played. This is so the Metropolitan Police Service can safely manage travel to and from the stadium and reduce inconvenience, as far as possible, to people living nearby.
For more information about these traffic changes then please visit the Islington Council website. - There is a car park at the stadium located beneath the ground. This car park is for ticket holders only and all parking bays must be booked in advance.

By Bus
View
- There is a bus stop within 150 metres of the stadium.
- Main bus stops are located on Holloway Road, Nag's Head, Seven Sisters Road, Blackstock Road and Highbury Corner. High frequency services will take you within a 5-10 minute walk of the ground and direct routes cover much of north and central London.

By Train

- The nearest Railway Station is Finsbury Park.
- Although Drayton Park is the nearest train station to the stadium it is not open on matchdays.
King's Cross Station is the main connecting station for National Rail and many underground lines. From here you can travel to the stadium via the Piccadilly Line (to Arsenal) or the Victoria Line (to Highbury & Islington). Alternatively, a short overground rail journey of one stop will take you to Finsbury Park Station.

By Underground
View
- The nearest underground station is Arsenal.
- Arsenal (Piccadilly Line) is the nearest tube station; around 3 minutes walk from the ground. However this station does not have step-free access from the platforms.
Finsbury Park (Victoria, Piccadilly Lines and Great Northern Rail) and Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line, North London Line and Great Northern Rail) stations are around a 10-minute walk - these should be slightly less crowded. These stations do not have step-free access from the platforms.
