Access Guide
Introduction
- Stadium tours are in operation on the majority of non matchdays.
- The stadium tour is a self guided audio tour.
- The audio tour headset can be obtained from the counter with the Armoury shop.
- The tour is narrated by Arsenal Legend Bob Wilson with current and former Arsenal players providing commentary on certain sections of the tour.
- There are a limited number of Blue Badge parking spaces within the Emirates Stadium and these must be booked in advance, please call 020 7619 5050 for more information on how to book.
- Access to the car park is via the security entrance on Queensland Road.
- Upon arrival, the security team will advise of an appropriate car parking area and space.
- The stadium tour visits various areas around the Stadium. Six of these areas have accessible seating for guests.
- The tour is approximately 1 hour long.
- The floor surfaces throughout the tour vary from area to area and include: tarmac, tiles, wood, vinyl, astroturf, carpet (short pile) and concrete.
- Throughout the tour route all doors are held open by magnetic holders.
- There are members of staff located around the tour route at regular intervals, the tour staff can provide assistance if required.
- The tour is clearly signposted.
- There are accessible and standard toilets located at the end of the tour route.
- There are additional guided tours provided on matchdays, please contact the club for more information.

Part 1 - Welcome

Part 2 - Directors Entrance (Level -1)
- The Directors Entrance is Part 2 of the tour.
- The Directors Entrance consists of a set of double doors.
- These doors are permanently held open.
- When entering the Directors Entrance take the lift/stairs to the Podium Level.
- From the Podium Level take the next set of lifts/stairs to Level 1.

Part 5 - Diamond Club (Level 2)
- The Diamond Club is Part 5 of the tour.
- There is step-free access from lift to the Diamond Club.
- There is step-free access within this area.
- There is ample room for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre.
- The type of flooring in this area is carpet, tiles and laminate.
- There is some flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
- The lighting levels are good.
- From the Diamond Club the tour continues back down the lift to Level -1 and the Players Entrance.
Part 6 - Players Entrance and Trophy Room (Level -1)
- Exit the lift on Level -1, turn right and follow the signage along the corridor.
- The signage indicates this is Part 6 of the tour.
- There is step-free access throughout the corridor.
- The surface of the floor consists of tiles.
- There are photographs on the wall of legendary former Arsenal managers and players including Herbert Chapman.
- There is a sign on the floor indicating the perfect selfie spot for a photo with the Arsenal Emblem in the background.
- Below the Arsenal Emblem there is a time capsule.
- From here the tour continues to the Trophy Room.
- The entrance to the Trophy Room is located to the left of the Players Entrance.
- There are a set of double, permanently held open doors to access the room.
- The doors have an opening of 150cm+.
- There is step-free access throughout the Trophy Room.

- There is a queuing system in place leading to the FA Cup trophy.

Part 7 - Pre-Players Tunnel
- The Pre Players Tunnel is part 7 of the tour.

- Along the tunnel there are pictures of Arsenal players.
- There is a slight slope along the Pre Players Tunnel.

- At the top of the slope the tour reaches the changing room corridor.
Part 8 - Away Changing Room
- Along the changing room corridor there is clear signage for the away and home changing rooms.
