Getting Help and Assistance

  • There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.

Getting Here

  • By Road View
    • The stadium is located in close proximity to the A27, which can be accessed from the west and east. From the north, the A27 is located via the A23, A24 and A26.
      Alternatively the club offers three park and ride sites around the city: Mill Road, University of Brighton and Brighton Racecourse. All sites are served by wheelchair accessible buses.
      If you have any specific mobility needs tell the stewards when you arrive and they will direct you as necessary.
    • There are numerous car parks situated around the stadium for both home and away supporters; Car Park A is located off Village Way, Car Park B is located off Woodland Way, Car Park C is located Sport Centre Road and Car Park E is located off Village Way.
      All car parking spaces are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
      Alternatively the club offer three park and ride sites around the city: Mill Road, University of Brighton and Brighton Racecourse. All of the sites are served by at least one wheelchair-accessible bus. If you have any specific mobility needs tell the stewards when you arrive and they will direct you as necessary.
  • By Bus View
    • There is a bus stop within 150 metres of the stadium.
    • A wide range of bus routes serve the Amex. On a matchday, the cost of your bus travel to the stadium is included in your league match ticket at the Amex on the following services: All Brighton and Hove buses (including services Lewes to Ringmer, Uckfield and Royal Tunbridge Wells) and Stagecoach Coastline 25 and N700 services from Worthing.
      Seagull Travel is the club’s official travel partner, operating a home and away travel service. The service includes 130 matchday express pick-up locations covering Sussex, Kent and Surrey, together with an extensive 50 pick-up locations for the local matchday bus service.

Car Parking and Drop Off

Outer Concourse

  • There is step-free access throughout the outer concourse.
    There are some slight slopes in places along the concourse.
    The surface of the outer concourse is tarmac.
  • There are a number of food and drink stands located around the outer concourse.
    There is a band stand located on the north-east corner of the outer concourse, this area acts as the Fanzone on matchdays.
    There are programmes stands located at regular intervals around the concourse.
    There are merchandise stalls located outside the North and South Stands.
  • There are 15+ steps at the corner of the West and North Stands. These steps are overcome by using a long ramp with a very slight gradient.
  • Clear directional signage is provided on the concourse.
  • There is a stadium plan/map on the concourse.
  • There is a steward/member of staff available for assistance on match days.

Opening Times

  • Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:00.
  • Saturday: 10:00 - 15:00.
  • Sunday: Closed.
  • On matchdays where kick-off is at 15:00 the ticket office(s) will open at 09:00 and close at 15:45, then reopen at 16:45 until 17:30.
  • On matchdays where kick-off is at 16:00 the ticket office(s) will open at 09:00 and close at 16:45, then reopen at 17:45 until 18:30.
  • On matchdays where kick-off is at 17:30 the ticket office(s) will open at 11:00 and close at 18:15, then reopen at 19:15 until 20:00.
  • On matchdays where kick-off is at 19:45 the ticket office(s) will open at 09:00 and close at 20:30.

Ticket Office(s) (North Stand)

  • There is/are 2 ticket office(s) located around the stadium.
  • The external ticket office counters are located on the outer wall of the North Stand.
  • The ticket office(s) is/are clearly signed.
  • There is step-free access to the ticket office(s).
  • There is a clear unobstructed route to the ticket office(s).
  • There are windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors behind the ticket office(s) which could adversely affect the ability of someone to lip read.
