Getting Help and Assistance
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- Club staff do not receive disability awareness/equality training.
- Stewards do not receive disability awareness/equality training.
- Hospitality staff do not receive disability awareness/equality training.
- Food and drink concession staff do not receive disability awareness/equality training.
- Car parking attendants do not receive disability awareness/equality training.
- Stewards receive deaf awareness training.
- There is not an assistance dog toilet or toileting area at the stadium/near by.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available.
- Fixture lists are available in Braille and large print.
There are large print food menus available. - There are some members of staff trained in Makaton.
- The club have launched a hidden disability wristband for supporters with disabilities not visually apparent. These can be applied for via supporter services.
- There are mobility aids available, however there are only a limited supply of wheelchairs.

By Road
View
- The stadium is located in close proximity to the A27, which can be accessed from the west and east. From the north, the A27 is located via the A23, A24 and A26.
Alternatively the club offers three park and ride sites around the city: Mill Road, University of Brighton and Brighton Racecourse. All sites are served by wheelchair accessible buses.
If you have any specific mobility needs tell the stewards when you arrive and they will direct you as necessary. - There are numerous car parks situated around the stadium for both home and away supporters; Car Park A is located off Village Way, Car Park B is located off Woodland Way, Car Park C is located Sport Centre Road and Car Park E is located off Village Way.
All car parking spaces are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

By Bus

- There is a bus stop within 150 metres of the stadium.
- A wide range of bus routes serve the Amex. On a matchday, the cost of your bus travel to the stadium is included in your league match ticket at the Amex on the following services: All Brighton and Hove buses (including services Lewes to Ringmer, Uckfield and Royal Tunbridge Wells) and Stagecoach Coastline 25 and N700 services from Worthing.
Seagull Travel is the club’s official travel partner, operating a home and away travel service. By Train
View
- The nearest Railway Station is Falmer Station.
- Falmer Station is a couple of minutes walk from the north concourse of the Amex Stadium. It is approximately nine minutes from Brighton's mainline station, with trains serving Falmer every ten minutes on a matchday.
