Getting Help and Assistance

  • Bristol Airport Special Assistance please click here (new tab).
  • There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.

Security To Gates 1-4

  • Depending on what security checkpoint you're located at, World Duty Free will be located to the right or straight ahead.
  • Enter World Duty Free from Security.
  • Follow the black tiled pathway and it will lead you all the way through to the Departure Lounge.
  • It is approximately 98m from Security to the Departure Lounge.
  • When you reach the end of World Duty Free and face the Departure Lounge, Gate 1 is approximately 25m to the right after you exit from the World Duty Free Departure Lounge entrance.
  • There is a door to Gate 1 which will be locked when it is no in use.
  • There is a ramp in Gate 1 to the departure door.
  • Gates 2-4 are located directly in front.
  • Gates 2-4 are approximately 10m from the World Duty Free Departure Lounge entrance.
  • There is level access.

Departure Gates (1-4)

  • Departure Gates Waiting Area View
    • The departure gate(s) in this area is/are gate(s) 1-4.
    • There is seating available at the departure gate(s).
    • There is a mixture of seating with and without armrests.
    • There is designated seating available for people with reduced mobility.
    • The type of flooring in the departure gate(s) is tiles.
