Introduction
- Related link Departure Lounge and Mezzanine Level.
Route From Security
- Depending on what security checkpoint you're located at, World Duty Free will be located to the right or straight ahead.
- Enter World Duty Free from Security.
- Follow the black tiled pathway and it will lead you all the way through to the Departure Lounge.
- It's approximately 98m from Security to the Departure Lounge.
- When you reach the end of World Duty Free and face the Departure Lounge, you will need to take the Departure Lounge lift to the Mezzanine level.
- The lift is located to the left of the Departure Lounge opposite Starbucks.
- Exit the lift on the Mezzanine level and turn left.
- Follow the tiled flooring.
- Go past The Wine & Deli Bar, turn right and Gates 25-34 will be on the left hand side.
- There is level access.
Outside Access (Main Entrance)
- This information is for the entrance located towards the rear of the Mezzanine level.
- There is not level access into the venue.
- There are no doors at this entrance.

Second set of doors

- The door(s) open away from you (push).
- The doors are double width.
- The door(s) is / are heavy.
- The door opening is 145cm (4ft 9in) wide.
Level Change (Main Entrance)
- There is a ramp or slope to access this service.
- The ramp or slope is located in between the first and second set of doors.
- The ramp or slope is moderate.

Gates 25-31 Boarding Areas

Gates 32-34 Coach Lounge

- These gates are used by passengers having a coach transfer them to the aircraft.
- At the time of the survey, Gate 32 was not in use due to building work taking place.
