Immigration

  • Immigration is located after International Arrivals.
  • There is level access to Immigration.
  • There are 8 manned gates to the right of the Immigration hall.
  • Gate 8 is wider (170cm) and has a fixed hearing loop.
  • Staff are trained to use the system.
  • There is clear signage to separate people able to use the automated gates and those who must use the manned gates (shown in photograph 4).
  • There are 10 automated e-gates to the left of the hall (shown in photographs 5-8).
  • These gates are 76cm in width and can only be used by one person at a time. Families, passengers under 12, passengers with mobility difficulties, passengers with carers and non-EU citizens must use the manned desks.
