Introduction

• Services / facilities within the building include The Brunel Graduate School and Medical School.
  The ground floor has various laboratories along the 2 Chemical Engineering corridors running off the central Graduate School lobby / breakout area.
  There are various wet/dry/bio labs and meeting rooms.
  The first floor corridors were closed at the time of survey (March 2022) due to ongoing construction work. The research labs, offices and teaching spaces were not accessible.
  The Brunel Medical School covers the second floor.
  They are various clinical suites, offices, teaching areas and the Brunel Medical School Reception.

• By Road View
  • From the M25, turn off at junction 16 onto the M40 and follow this road onto the A40.
    Continue along the A40 until you reach a roundabout and turn right onto the B483 and follow this to the end and turn left onto Hillingdon Road.
    Then, following signs for Brunel University, turn left onto Kingston Lane.
  • There are site/campus car parks available on the university campus that require a permit or are pay and display. Blue Badge holders can park for free.
• By Bus View
  • There are several buses that run to Brunel University with a bus stop right outside the entrance to the university. The bus services that run are the U1, U2, U4, U5, U7, A10 and the 222.
• By Train View
  • The nearest train station is West Drayton which is approximately a 15 minute journey from Brunel University. From the station, U3, U5 or 222 buses or a taxi can take you to the university.

  • There are sofas, coffee tables (43cm high) and a kitchen worksurface 93cm high with a 74cm knee recess. There is an oven, a sink and a boiler that is wall-mounted and is 135cm high.

  • There are 2 shared standard toilets next to the accessible toilet and shower along the north west Chemical Engineering corridor (photograph 16 and 17). The sinks are 81cm high.
  • The standard female and male toilets on the second floor are close to the main stairs, lift 13 and Brunel Medical School Reception.
  • Neither toilet has an ambulant cubicle, but the female has one cubicle with a horizontal bar on the left-hand side. The sinks are 80cm (photographs 18-24).
