Introduction
- There is step free access to the booking office and lift access to both London and services to Stevenage and the North. .
- Mobility impaired passengers from the North and Stevenage are advised that there is no accessibility on platform 1.
- Please contact the helpline on 0800 058 2844 for alternative arrangements to be made. .
- Step-free access between the train and platform requires a staff operated ramp. If you require a ramp or need help getting on and off the trains, please telephone the helpline on 0800 058 2844, textphone 0800 138 1018 or email [email protected] 24 hours before the day of travel to ensure arrangements are in place.
