Getting Help and Assistance

Disembarking the Aircraft

  • The accessibility of the aircraft varies according to the individual aircraft, provider or airport. Please contact the airline prior to booking for more information.
  • Disembarking from the aircraft may be by airstair and steps or mobile ramp (Aviramp), depending upon individual needs, aircraft type, or wind and weather conditions.
