Getting Help and Assistance
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available.
- There are not mobility aids available.
- Assistance dogs are always welcome at the ICC, however some events may be particularly noisy.
- Accessible toilets are available throughout the venue.
- An induction loop system is operated in selected halls at the ICC.
Getting Here

By Road
View
- The ICC is located in the centre of Birmingham. It can be accessed via the M6, M5 and M42. The ICC is signposted from the A38(M).
- There is limited on-site parking for Blue Badge holders only. Blue Badge bays need to be booked in advance. Please contact the venue on 0121 200 2000 to book.
Standard parking is available at the ICC's sister venue Arena Birmingham (King Edward's Road, B1 2AA).
