  • Guest services associates, Security officers, Cleaning operatives and Car park attendants receive Autism Awareness training.
  • There is not a member of staff trained in British Sign Language. Please phone the venue in advance for more information.

Route to Bluewater

  • From the Blue Badge bays head towards House of Fraser.

  • The road at the crossing point is raised, however there is a very slight slope downwards towards the crossing point.
  • There is a bollard at the crossing point.
  • The minimum width at the crossing point is over 150cm.

  • After crossing the road bear left and continue along the side of House of Fraser.

  • After 17m there is another zebra crossing.
  • This crossing point is across a service road for delivery vehicles only.

  • Turn left and proceed along the main car park access road, bearing right after approximately 9m.
  • Continue along the footpath for 91m, passing The Village bus and coach stop.
  • Take the 4th path off to the right, leading to the shopping centre.
  • The path is over 150cm wide.
  • After 12m proceed onto the bridge over the Village Lake.
  • There is a slight upwards gradient to the apex of the bridge, followed by a slight downwards gradient.
  • The surface of the bridge is concrete tiles.
  • After crossing the bridge, the entrance to The Village is 13m ahead.
