Getting Help and Assistance

  • Guest services associates, Security officers, Cleaning operatives and Car park attendants receive Autism Awareness training.
  • There is not a member of staff trained in British Sign Language. Please phone the venue in advance for more information

Route to Bluewater

  • From the Blue Badge bays head towards the shopping centre.

  • The road is raised at the crossing point.
  • After crossing the access road turn right and proceed towards the main shopping centre.

  • After 12m there is another zebra cross to cross the service road.

  • There are dropped kerbs with tactile paving at all kerbs at the crossing point.
  • After crossing the service road continue straight ahead into The Winter Garden lake area.
  • There is a slight downwards slope with no handrails and a minimum width of 108cm.
  • After 13m bear left and proceed across The Winter Garden lake bridge.
  • The surface becomes wood.
  • Continue straight ahead for 5m to The Winter Garden entrance.
