Lee Valley Ice Centre

  • This guide is arranged into recreational facilities on the ground and first floor which are Rink A and the gym; followed by Rink B event facilities on the ground floor and first floor; and then Rink B team and referee facilities on the ground floor.

Opening Times

  • Please contact the venue for details of opening times.

Getting Help and Assistance

  • There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
  • There is not a member of staff trained in British Sign Language.
  • British Sign Language interpreters cannot be provided on request.
  • There is not an assistance dog toilet or toileting area at the venue/nearby.
  • Water bowls for assistance dogs are not available.
  • There are not mobility aids available.
  • There is not a designated place of safety which can be used by people who may feel scared or at risk.

  • Accessible toilet facilities are located on the ground floor after the reception barriers towards skate hire, in the standard changing rooms 1 and 3, in the team changing rooms, rinkside Rink B; and on the first floor next to the lift, in the gym changing rooms, and Rink B.
  • Female and male standard toilet facilities are located on the ground floor after the reception barriers towards skate hire, rinkside Rink B; and on the first floor in the gym changing rooms..
  • Shared standard toilet facilities are located on the ground floor within the standard and team changing rooms, in the referee changing rooms, and rinkside Rink B.
    There are ambulant cubicles in the female and male standard toilets near to skate hire, and at the far end of Rink B; and in the shared standard toilets rinkside Rink B..
