Introduction - Liverpool ONE

  • Liverpool ONE is a shopping / leisure complex covering 42 acres in the centre of Liverpool.
  • There are over 170 shops, bars and restaurants, plus an 18 screen cinema and indoor adventure golf course.

Getting Help and Assistance (Liverpool ONE)

  • Security Officers and Cleaning Operatives receive Autism Awareness training.
  • There is a member of staff trained in British Sign Language. Please phone the venue in advance for more information
  • Guest Services Associates do receive training in escorting visually impaired people.
  • The alternative formats documents can be provided in include; large print on request.
  • There is not an assistance dog toilet or toileting area at the venue/nearby.
  • There is a designated place of safety which can be used by people with dementia, autism or learning disabilities.
  • A place of safety is located at the Information and Tourist Centre.
  • Some individual shops / stores offer the Quiet Shopping experience.
  • Water bowls for assistance dogs are available.
  • There are not mobility aids available.
