  • By Road View
    • London City Airport is located in East London, in the Royal Docks, off the A1020.
    • London City Airport offers 30 minutes of free parking to Blue Badge holders, please follow signs to the Pick Up Area. If you are being dropped off by car, a convenient place to do so is the Drop Off Area in front of the Terminal building. London City Airport has an Onsite Car Park
  • By Bus View
    • There is a bus stop within 150 metres of the venue.
    • There are bus stops directly next to the airport, Step-free wheelchair access is available on the buses serving the airport.

Getting Help and Assistance

Aelia Duty Free

  • The duty free shop is located ahead as you enter from security.
  • The entrance has no door and there is level access throughout.
    There is room for wheelchair users to manoeuvre throughout the store.
  • The shop also offers a collect on return service, where passengers travelling within the EU can pay for goods on departure and arrange to collect them on arrival at London City Airport.
    The height of the counter is 80cm.
  • The main counter has a flight information board behind it and also placed around the shop.
    The flooring is tiled.

Inmotion

  • Inmotion is located opposite the Aelia Duty Free shop.
  • The entrance has no doors, and there is level access throughout.
  • None of the aisles are wide enough for wheelchair access.
