Introduction
- Services / facilities within the building include the Strength of Materials Concrete Laboratories, the National Bakery School. meeting and teaching rooms.
- The Extension Block is part of a series of buildings which include Borough Road, Student Centre, Tower Block, M Block, Joseph Lancaster and the Faraday Wing. Access to each building section can be via Borough Road or Keyworth Street and then by following the Green Route to the required area. Key Card access is required into the buildings and into many of the teaching rooms and spaces.

By Road
View
- The London South Bank University Southwark Campus is located in the centre of London. The Southwark Campus is located on Borough Road (A3202) just off the A3. The Southwark Campus is within the London Congestion Charge Zone.
- There is very limited parking at the campus with no public parking being provided. A small number of Blue Badge bays may be made available if arranged in advance with security. There are some pay and display areas located on the surrounding streets of the Southwark Campus including on Borough Road.

- The nearest bus stop to the Southwark Campus is the Borough Road stop on Southwark Bridge Road, approximately 200m from the Borough Road Building. This stop is served by the 344 route. There are additional bus stops on the A201 (London Road) approximately 500m from the Borough Road Building which are served by routes 12, 45, 68, 148, 171, 176, 468, N68, N89, N171.
