  • Morley College has several specialist spaces designed to provide the best environment to meet the needs of students. Several of these spaces are available for hire.

Getting Help and Assistance

  • There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.

Parking

  • At the time of the survey (01/12/2021) building works were ongoing at the College.

Getting to the Event Spaces

  • The route to the Holst room from the rear entrance is past the reception desk on your right.
  • Follow the corridor to the end. The surface of the floor in the corridor is carpet.
  • Turn right through the heavy double doors that open both ways and have an opening width of 140cm and the HoIst Room will be on your left.
  • To access the Emma Cons Hall, you will need to continue past the HoIst Room and head towards the lift on the right.
  • Take the lift to the upper ground floor.
  • After exiting the lift head down the corridor where the surface of the floor is vinyl. You will need to pass through a set of heavy double doors that open both ways with an opening width of 146cm.
  • You will then pass through another reception area (which was not open at the time of the survey) which has a floor surface of laminate wood.
  • You will then head through 2 more sets of heavy double doors that open both ways and have an opening width of 142cm.
  • The hall will then be ahead of you.
  • To access the C20 classroom you will need to use the rear lift that is in the reception area.
  • Take the lift to level 2.
  • After exiting the lift turn right and head through a set of heavy double doors that open both ways and have an opening width of 148cm.
  • The flooring in this area is vinyl.
  • The classroom will then be on your right, approximately 9 metres from the lift.

Event Room(s) / Space(s) (Ground Floor : Holst Room)

  • Access to the Room View
    • The room surveyed was Holst Room.
    • Holst Room is located on the ground floor.
    • There is not wayfinding signage for the room.
    • There is clear signage for the room(s) (on or near the door).
