COVID-19 Information

  • The information in this section was taken in March 2021.
  • At peak times or at times of overcrowding, customers may be held outside until there is a lower footfall.
  • There is a one-way system in place at Exit 1. The left side is used as an entrance and the right side as an exit.
  • Hand sanitisers are available inside the venue.
  • Hand sanitising stations are located in the ticket hall, at bottom of the escalators and in the mid concourse area.
  • There is clear signage inside to help with social distancing.
  • Markings have been added to floors to assist with social distancing and signs have been put up on walls and doors to remind people to keep 2 metres apart.
