Getting Here

  • By Road View
    • The hospital is located to the East of Rotherham, off the A6123.
      From the north-east take the A630 to Mushroom Roundabout on the A6123.
      Turn left on to the A6123, Herringthorpe Valley Road, for approximately 3/4 of a mile to Far Lane.
      Turn right on to Far Lane, then take the third left on to Badsley Moor Lane and continue straight on for approximately 1/3 of a mile.
      The hospital is on the right.

      From the north take the A633 to Parkgate Roundabout on the A6123.
      Turn right on to the A6123, Herringthorpe Valley Road, for approximately 2 miles to Far Lane.
      Turn right on to Far Lane, then take the third left on to Badsley Moor Lane and continue straight on for approximately 1/3 of a mile.
      The hospital is on the right.

      From the north-west and west take the M1 to junction 34 signposted for Rotherham and Meadowhall.
      Take the A631 on the lower deck of the Tinsley Viaduct towards Bawtry and Sheffield.
      At the roundabout take the A6178 towards Rotherham.
      Follow the road for approximately 1.8 miles to the roundabout with the A630.
      Continue straight on to the A6201.
      Continue along on to Alma Road and Hollowgate.
      Turn right on to Wellgate Road.
      At the roundabout take the second exit on to Badsley Moor Lane.
      Follow Badsley Moor Lane for approximately half a mile.
      The hospital is on the left.

      From the south take the A618, Pleasley Road, to the junction with the A631.
      Turn right on to the A631 and continue to the roundabout.
      Take the second exit on to the A6123, Herringthorpe Valley Road.
      Continue along the A6123 for approximately 1.2 miles to Far Lane.
      Turn left on to Far Lane, then take the third left on to Badsley Moor Lane and continue straight on for approximately 1/3 of a mile.
      The hospital is on the right.

      From the east take junction 1 off the M18 on to the A631 towards Rotherham.
      Continue along the A631 to the second roundabout.
      Take the second exit on to Wickersley Road.
      At the next roundabout take the third exit on to the A6123, Herringthorpe Valley Road.
      Continue along the A6123 for approximately 0.8 miles to Far Lane.
      Turn left on to Far Lane, then take the third left onto Badsley Moor Lane and continue straight on for approximately 1/3 of a mile.
      The hospital is on the right.
    • Parking is available in front of the building.
      Additional parking is available throughout the site.
  • By Bus View
    • From Rotherham town centre take the 112 bus towards East Dene, to the Browning Road bus stop on Badsley Moor Lane.
      At the bus stop cross the road and turn left and walk along Badsley Moor Lane for approximately 110m.
      Cross Western Road and continue along Badsley Moor Lane for approximately 60m.
      The hospital is located on the right.
      There are not dropped kerbs or designated crossing points along this route.
      The roads to be crossed are quiet.
