  • By Road View

      Via the A4036 from Stourbridge take the right on to Stourbridge Road/A461.
      Follow Stourbridge Road/A4101 and B4177 to Cross Street for 4 minutes (1.0 miles).
      At Scotts Green Island, take the third exit on to Stourbridge Road/A4101 for 0.5 miles, then turn left on to Wellington Road/B4177.
      Turn right on to Cross Street.
      The Health Centre will be on the left.

      From the North, via A4123.
      Turn right on to Priory Road/A4168.
      Stay on this for 0.6 miles.
      Take the right on to Limes Road.
      Then at the roundabout, take the second exit and stay on Limes Road.
      Take the left on to The Broadway/A459.
      Then turn right on to The Parade.
      At the next roundabout, take the first exit on to B4176.
      Then turn right on to Southalls Lane/B4177.
      Take the left on to Cross Street.
      The health centre will be on the left.
