Getting Here

  • By Road View
    • The health centre is located to the west of Gateshead, in the Felling area.
      Take the A184 and exit on to the B1426, signposted Heworth and Felling.
      After approximately 157m, turn left at the roundabout on to Sunderland Road.
      Take the first right on to The Drive and continue for approximately 620m.
      At the end of the road turn left, continuing on The Drive.
      Continue straight ahead as the road becomes Crowhall Lane and the centre is located on the left after approximately 180m.
    • On-site parking is available off Stephenson Terrace. There are Blue Badge bays within the car park.
  • By Bus View
    • The nearest bus stop is Felling Square, 210m from the health centre. Buses 68, 69, Loop 94A, Quaylink Q1, S834, S880, TB10 and loop 94 stop at this bus stop.
      Travelling from the direction of Gateshead, exit the bus and turn right. After approximately 48m, at the mini roundabout, cross over Booth Street at the designated crossing point.
      Proceed along Crowhall Lane for approximately 75m. The health centre is on the opposite side of the road.
      Cross Crowhall Lane at the designated crossing point and turn right onto Stephenson Terrace.
      The entrance to the health centre is approximately 40m further, on the right.
