- Livingstone Hospital is on the A226 East Hill on the East side of Dartford.
- The hospital has its own free car park for visitors and staff. The car park is shared by the Livingstone Inpatient Ward and the Bungalow which contains staff offices.

- There are 8 bus routes which travel along East Hill with stops near to the hospital site: 423, 424, 429, 455, 477, 492, 497, Dart 3, Sapphire 480 and 490. Bus routes are operated by Arriva Bus, Go Coach and TFL.

- The nearest train station is Dartford. All the bus routes which travel along East Hill connect with Dartford station, about 10 minutes away.
