Getting Here

  • By Road View
    • Burntwood Health Centre is located to the East of Burntwood, off the M6 Toll and A5.
      From the north take the A51 towards Lichfield.
      On the Western Bypass, at the roundabout, take the third exit, signposted Leamonsley.
      Follow the road on to Walsall Road.
      Continue across the roundabout, and take the second exit on to A5190 (Lichfield Road), signposted Burntwood, at the next roundabout.
      Continue along the A5190 into Burntwood.
      Turn left on to Hudson Drive.
      The Centre is on the left.

      From the east, west, and south take the A5 to Hannay Hay Road, signposted Chasetown and Hammerwich.
      Continue along Hannay Hay Road, crossing over the M6 Toll, to the roundabout.
      At the roundabout take the first exit, signposted Burntwood and Chasetown.
      Continue to the next roundabout and take the third exit on to Ogley Hay Road, signposted Mount Road Industrial Estate.
      Continue along the road on to Hospital Road and at the next roundabout take the third exit on to Chase Road.
      Continue to the roundabout and take the third exit on to the A5190.
      Take the first right on to Hudson Drive and the Centre is on the left.
    • Limited Blue Badge parking is available at the front of the building.
      Additional parking is available at the rear of the building for all users.
  • By Bus View
    • Local buses are available to the Hudson Drive bus stop on Lichfield Road.
      When exiting the bus, walk in the opposite direction to the roundabout.
      There are not designated crossing points along Lichfield Road.
      After approximately 40m turn right on to Hudson Drive and the Centre is on the right after approximately 58m.
  • By Train View
    • The nearest railway station is Lichfield City Station.
      Buses to Burntwood are available from Lichfield Bus Station.
      Exit the station and take the pedestrian controlled crossing over the main road.
      The bus station is on the left.
