Getting Here

  • By Road View
    • The hospital is situated between Camborne and Redruth off the Illogan Highway (A3047) at Barncoose.
      It is just over a mile to the south west of Redruth town centre and nearly 3 miles to the north east of the centre of Camborne.
      There is clear road signage from all directions.
    • There is ample free parking for patients, visitors and staff.
      The site is sloping so there are gradients both inside and outside the building, mostly slight slopes.
      There are steps to some parts of the car park but there is sloped access to all areas.
  • By Bus View
    • First Kernow bus routes 14 and 18 serve the hospital every 15 minutes from both Cambourne and Redruth bus stations.
      The main route buses stop on Barncoose Terrace, a short walk (300m) from the hospital.
      There is also an hourly service from Troon to Truro, bus 47, which drops off in the car park next to the outpatients entrance.

    • GWR and CrossCountry trains serve Camborne and Redruth stations from Penzance or from Scotland, the Midlands and London.
