Getting Here

  • By Road View
    • From the centre of Chippenham follow the A420 towards Rowden Hill.
      At the Ivy Lane roundabout take the fourth exit to the A4, Bath Road.
      Follow the A4 for 800m and turn left on to St Luke's Drive and immediately turn right on to St Francis Avenue.
      The hospital is to the right.
    • The first turning to the right off St Francis Avenue leads to Car Park 1.
      There is an immediate turning to the left, signposted to parking for Podiatry/Chiropody and Staff only.
      There is some limited parking at the roadside and the road leads directly into Car Park 1, adjacent to the Chippenham Birthing Centre. There is an access point directly into the wards corridor.
      The second turning to the right off St Francis Avenue leads into Car Park 2, which is in front of the main entrance leading to the Minor Injuries Unit.
      There is also access from this car park to the Wessex Suite for outpatients and the Grapevine Restaurant.
      Continuing straight ahead, St Francis Avenue leads directly into Car Park 3 at the rear of the hospital.
      There is an access point directly into the wards corridor adjacent to the Grapevine Restaurant.
  • By Bus View
    • Buses 36, 44D and X34 serve the Hospital from Chippenham Town Centre, Rowden, Frome and Trowbridge.
      The bus stops are on Bath Road 300m from the main entrance to the hospital.
      The westbound stop has a path that leads across St Lukes Drive.
      There are no tactile warnings at the dropped kerb and there is a refuge in the centre of the road.
      There are no controlled crossings to cross the A4 from the eastbound bus stop.

    • Chippenham Railway Station is served by GWR routes to London, Bristol, Westbury, Trowbridge and Melksham.
      The station is 1.6km from the hospital.

Parking Touch Screen
