Getting Here

  • By Road View
    • Edgware Community Hospital is located off Burnt Oak Broadway (A5), and can be accessed via the A5109 from Apex Corner.
    • There are two pay and display car parks (car parks A and B), with limited parking available for visitors. Both car parks contain Blue Badge bays, and there are several further Blue Badge bays available throughout the site.

    • There is a bus stop on Burnt Oak Broadway with is served by the following bus routes:- 32 (Edgware Bus Station to Kilburn Park Station) 142 (Watford Junction Station to Brent Cross) 204 (Sudbury Town Station to Edgware Station) 251 (Arnos Grove Station to Edgware Station) 292 (Borehamwood to Colindale).

    • The nearest railway station is Mill Hill Broadway, which is served by the Thameslink Line.

    • The drop off point is located opposite the Hospital Main Building entrance.
    • From the drop off point, go through the Hospital Main Building and use the lifts to access the lower ground floor. Exit the Hospital Main Building via the entrance by Westgate House, cross the level concrete tile section (photograph 2), to the brick block path in front of Westgate House (photograph 3). This path becomes tarmac at the corner of Westgate House (photograph 4), and there is a dropped kerb with tactile paving to cross the hospital service road. There is a dropped kerb without tactile paving on the far side of the crossing (photograph 5). Follow the brick block surface path to the side of the Westgate Annexe. This path has a slight slope down (photograph 6). Cross the road at the corner of Westgate Annexe, using the crossing with dropped kerbs and tactile paving both sides (photograph 7). Then turn right and take the tarmac then concrete tile surface path to the chapel entrance.
