By Road
View
- The A3058 is the main road passing through Newquay. From the railway station which is in the middle of the town on Cliff Road (A3058) head south-west. The street becomes pedestrianised and all traffic turns left onto Berry Road. The second turning on the left is St Thomas' Road and the hospital is 0.25miles straight ahead. There is clear street signage to the hospital. Note that online directions are given to the rear (Physio) entrance to the hospital (Trenance Avenue) where there is no patient or staff parking.
- There is limited free parking at the hospital in front of the main entrance. The podiatry unit has its own car park to the front and side of the building. There is additional parking at the lower level of the site for visitors to the dental, mental health and GU medicine services. Note that pedestrian access from the lower car park to the main hospital car park and the pedestrian exit from the site is difficult due to a steeply sloping driveway with no alternative access. There is no parking (except on-street) at the Physiotherapy unit. There is a drop off point or visitors may park in the main car park and use the narrow path to reach the unit. Staff will advise if patients ring in advance.

By Bus
View
- No buses stop close to the hospital. All local and regional services stop at the Ambassador Hotel (TR7 2BQ) on Mount Wise. It is 0.25miles from the bus stop to the hospital.

By Train
View
- Newquay station is in the middle of the town and is the terminus for the Atlantic Coast Line from Par. GWR provides most services, CrossCountry provide a long distance service in the summer at weekends only. Services run to Par for mainline connections to Cornwall, the south-west, midlands and London. .
