By Road
View
- Pallion Health Centre is located to the West of the city of Sunderland. From North Sunderland take the A1231 across Queen Alexandra Bridge. At the roundabout immediately after crossing the bridge take the 2nd exit onto Pallion New Road, signposted Ring Road B1405. Continue along Pallion New Road to the roundabout. Take the 1st exit onto Pallion Subway, signposted Pallion Centre. After approximately 400m continue onto St Lukes Terrace. After approximately 290m continue onto Pallion Road. After approximately 145m continue onto Ford Terrace. After approximately 165m, at the traffic lights, turn left onto Hylton Road signposted Millfield and City Centre. After approximately 100m the health centre is on the right. From the city centre and East take the A1231 towards Gateshead. Continue along the A1231 past the junction with the A183. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto Hylton Road, signposted Millfield and South Hylton. Continue along Hylton Road for approximately 1.2km. The health centre is on the left. From the A19 take the junction for the A183, signposted for Sunderland. After approximately 360m, at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Hylton Road. Continue along Hylton Road for approximately 3.5km. The health centre is on the right.
- Free parking is available at the health centre. On site parking is limited due to the location of the health centre. Blue Badge bays are located at the front left of the health centre.

By Bus

- Local buses are available to the Royal Hospital Hylton Road bus stops G and H, which are located on Hylton Road outside the health centre.

By Train
View
- Buses are available from Holmeside to Hylton Road. Exit the station and turn right, then left, onto Waterloo Place. At the end of Waterloo Place turn right onto Holmeside. Continue along Holmeside for approximately 120m to the bus stop for the number 10 and number 20 buses towards Pennywell. Alternatively taxis are available from outside the station.
