- Walton Community Hospital is located South East of Walton-on-Thames on Rodney Road. Access to Rodney Road is from the A244 (Hersham Road).
- There are 2 onsite car parks for staff and visitors. The main one is located outside the main building and the other car park is located outside the Health Centre. This is also additional parking on the roads surrounding the hospital and health centre.

- There is not a bus stop on site but there are two bus stops outside of the hospital and health centre on Rodney Road. The bus services that stop here are the 459 and 564. The 459 bus service runs from Walton Community Hospital to St Peters Hospital via Weybridge and Addlestone. The 564 service runs from Whiteley Village to Walton town centre.
