Follow the A1231 for approximately 4km. Take the junction signposted Washington (Centre) and Albany. At the roundabout take the 1st exit. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Parkway. This exit is signposted for Washington Primary Care Centre. Continue along Parkway for approximately 526m. Washington Primary Care Centre is on the right. From the East take the A1231 to the junction signposted for Washington (Centre) and Albany. At the roundabout take the 1st exit. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Parkway. This exit is signposted for Washington Primary Care Centre. Continue along Parkway for approximately 526m. Washington Primary Care Centre is on the right. From the South take the A182 towards Washington. Continue along the A182 to the junction with the A1231, signposted for Galleries North Interchange. Continue along Parkway for approximately 526m. Washington Primary Care Centre is on the right. From the West and the A1 take the A1231 towards Sunderland. Follow the A1231 to the Parkway Interchange junction, signposted for Washington (Centre) and Albany. Exit the A1231 and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Parkway. This exit is signposted for Washington Primary Care Centre. Continue along Parkway for approximately 526m. Washington Primary Care Centre is on the right.
