Stratford-on-Avon is perfect for a weekend break, with so much to see. Immerse yourself in the history of famous playwright and poet William Shakespeare, Stratford’s most well-known resident. Visit Shakespeare’s birthplace and his final resting place, the Holy Trinity Church. On the banks of the river Avon is the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, where his plays are performed by the Royal Shakespeare Company.  The town centre is great for shopping and dining, and there’s a range of accommodation available to suit all tastes. Open air bus tours offer a quick and convenient way to see all that Stratford-on-Avon has to offer.
