  • -Platforms 1 and 2 for mainline rail services towards London and Kent.
  • -Platforms 3 and 4 for Docklands Light Railway (DLR)Services towards Bank and Stratford.
  • Woolwich Arsenal Station serves both mainline and DLR services.
  • There are 4 possible entrances:.
  • - The Mainline entrance gives stepped access only to platforms 1 and 2.
  • - The Woolwich New Road entrance gives access to the DLR platforms and is also the accessible route for lift access to mainline platforms 1 and 2.
  • - The Greens End/ Powis Street Entrance gives access by lifts to the DLR platforms from the shopping area. From platform level there is access by separate lift to the main station concourse and an accessible route to the mainline platforms.
  • - The gate access from the car park directly to platform one is only available for disabled people or others unable to manage stairs. From platform 1 there is level access by lift to other parts of the station.
