About Penrhyn Road
Just a few minutes' walk from Kingston town centre and halfway between Surbiton and Kingston train stations, the Penrhyn Road campus is busy, lively and cosmopolitan, with a range of cafes, bars and restaurants on site.
It also has central University facilities such as the fitness centre, health centre, the Union of Kingston Students and the Student Life Centre, which provides services such as accommodation and finance advice. There are modern classrooms, lecture theatres, IT areas, meeting spaces, a learning resources centre that is open 24 hours a day during term time and the award-winning John Galsworthy building.
The University's new landmark Town House building, which will provide learning, exhibition and community spaces when it opens in early 2020, is also located here.
Students based here: arts and social sciences; civil engineering and construction; computing and information systems; law; mathematics and statistics; science; and surveying.
