Getting Help and Assistance
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- Club staff receive disability awareness/equality training.
- Stewards receive disability awareness/equality training.
- Hospitality staff receive disability awareness/equality training.
- Food and drink concession staff do receive disability awareness/equality training.
- Car parking attendants do receive disability awareness/equality training.
- Stewards, hospitality staff, food and drink concession staff and car park attendants receive deaf awareness training.
- There is not a member of staff trained in British Sign Language.
- British Sign Language interpreters can be provided on request.
- The alternative formats documents can be provided in include; Braille on request, large print, Makaton on request, different languages on request, voice recognition CD on request and audio on request.
- There is not an assistance dog toilet or toileting area at the stadium/near by.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available.
- There are not mobility aids available.

By Road
View
- St Mary's Stadium is located just outside Southampton City Centre, off Marine Parade and Britannia Road.
Southampton Football Club advise fans not to travel by car into the surrounding areas of Southampton, this is due to parking restrictions operating on a matchday. Public transport is advised where possible.
A designated drop-off and pick-up area is available for Blue Badge holders outside the Main Reception area, adjacent to the Ted Bates statue. - There are two car parks located at the stadium; the North Car Park and the South Car Park.
In total there are 76 designated parking bays for disabled supporters. These parking bays are allocated on a seasonal basis, for more information please contact the Supporter Relations Team on 02380 711 980 or email [email protected]
The club also offers parking at several off site car parks including; Wilmoths Citroen Garage, CEMEX Marine, Trimline, St Marys Church of England School, Solent University and Royal Hants Hospital.

- There are a number of bus stops near to the stadium.
Bus stops within close proximity include; Itchen Bridge, Northam Road and Albert Road North.

Shuttle Bus Service
- There is a shuttle bus service available between Southampton Central Station (south side Platform 4) and St Mary's Stadium.
- There is also a shuttle bus service available between Terminal 2 at Southampton Town Quay (Ferry Port) and St Mary's Stadium.
- The shuttle bus has sufficient space for wheelchair users.
- The shuttle bus has a ramp available.
- The ramp has a width of 85cm.
- The gradient of the ramp varies.
- The shuttle bus service begins 2 hours and 30 minutes prior to kick-off and runs for up to 45 minutes after the final whistle.
- The shuttle bus runs every 10-15 minutes.
- The shuttle bus is £3 for adults and £2 for children (return).
- The shuttle bus service is available for both home and away fans.
