    • Resorts World Birmingham is located within the NEC complex to the east of Birmingham, just 5 minutes from the M42 Junction 6, and the A45. From the M42 and A45 please follow the signs towards the NEC.
    • There are 2 car parks available for Resorts World Birmingham: Multi-storey Car Park and Car Park South 2 Overflow Parking. The Multi-storey Car Park is located at the rear of Resorts World Birmingham. The entrance is located on South Car Park Road, off Pendigo Way. For directions to Resorts World Birmingham Multi-storey Car Park please use the postcode: B40 1NT.

    • The door(s) open(s) away from you (push).
    • The door(s) is/are single width with a locked extension leaf.
    • The door(s) is/are heavy.

    • The rooms surveyed were Vox 1 - 5.
    • Vox 1 - 5 are located to the rear of the conference area, to the left hand side of the foyer as you enter, beyond the Boardrooms.
    • There is wayfinding signage for the rooms.
    • There is clear signage for the room(s) (on or near the door).
    • There is written signage for the room(s), in block capital lettering, that is clearly visible.
    • Staff can provide assistance getting to the room(s)/space(s).
    • The corridor/walkway leading to the room(s)/space(s) is sufficiently wide enough (150cm+) to allow wheelchair users to pass.
    • There is step-free access.
    • The door(s) open(s) towards you (pull).
    • The door(s) is/are double width.
    • The width of the door opening is 178cm.

      At the time of the survey Vox 1 and 2 were being used as 1 room, Vox 3 was being used as 1 room, and Vox 4 and 5 were being used as 1 room.
      Vox 1 is entered via Door A.
      Vox 2 is entered via Door B and Door C.
      Vox 3, 4 and 5 were 1 large room.
      Vox 3 is entered via Door D and Door E.
      Vox 5 is entered via Door F.
      Vox 4 is entered via Vox 3 or Vox 5.
      The hearing loop is an infrared headset system which can be requested on registration.
      There are 2 stage heights.
      At the time of the survey Vox 4 and 5 was set up with the highest stage with 2 medium height steps without handrails to access the stage.
      There is a portable ramp for the lower stage height.
      A platform lift can be arranged if the higher stage with level access is required.
