Introduction
- All safety equipment is available for hire when booking.
- Once booking is complete you will be given a code to enter at the main gates.
Location
- There is not a bus stop within 150m (164yds) of the venue.
- The nearest National Rail station is Ockenden.

- Access is by appointment only and Opening times for the venue vary according to bookings/events taking place.
Parking
- The venue does have its own car park.

- There are several tables and chairs that can be arranged as required.
Self Catering Day/Weekend Hut
- There are two catering huts available.
- The first hut is fully equipped self catering with heating.
- Access is by a wooden ramp.
- The width of the ramp is 100cm with handrails to the left as you go up.
- The width of the door is 80cm.
- The benches can all be moved and repositioned if required.
- The second hut is a fully catered hut and staff will do all required cooking.
- Access is via a wooden ramp.

Accommodation Huts
- The accommodation huts are located to the rear of the self catering day/weekend hut.
- There are four huts in total and each has a deep step of 20cm at the entrance.

- The lower bunk bed is 40cm from the floor.
Jetty
- There is a 90cm wide moderate to steep slope leading down to the jetty with a handrail on your right.
- There is stepped access leading from the jetty to the shower block.
- The 15+ steps are medium depth and the handrail is to the right as going up.
- There is a manual hoist available to use on the jetty.
- No access to the jetty is allowed unless you have all safety aids on.
Outside Access (Shower Block - Boys and Girls)
- This information is for the entrance located at the side of the building.
- There is level access into the venue.
- The main door(s) open(s) automatically (towards you).
