By Road

- The venue is in a pedestrianised area between Pier Road A289 and Blake Avenue. Blake Avenue is reached from Pegasus Avenue off Pier Road.
- There is a public car park off Blake Avenue to service the shops which include Cargo Bar. Parking is free but limited to 2 hours.

- Bus routes 176, 177, 183, 190, 191 run along Pier Road with stops close to the venue. There is a pedestrian crossing close to the venue.

- The Student Support team is located within the Student Services Department on the Ground Floor of the Gillingham Building. - The students' union at Medway campus is operated jointly for students of Greenwich and Kent universities. Services include advice and support, job shop, volunteering opportunities and social activities. The union is based in the Student Hub building.
