Getting Here

  • By Road View
    • The Student Hub is in the Chatham Maritime Campus, which is off Maritime Way. The Campus, which is shared with the universities of Greenwich and Canterbury Christchurch is signposted from the A289 Pier Road and Medway Tunnel. The building is located between the Drill Hall Library and the Sports Hall.
    • The nearest car park to the Student Hub is the Drill Hall Library car park. This is for staff, student and pre-booked visitor permit holders only. There are accessible parking bays which do not have to be pre-booked in the upper area of the campus, on North Road. There is lift access between North Road and the Drill Hall Library level.
  • By Bus View
    • Arriva buses 100, 190 and 191 leave frequently from the bus stops outside Chatham train station and take approximately 15 minutes to get to the Medway campus. The bus stop for these services is on Dock Road, just outside the campus entrance. This is known as the Chatham Maritime stop or the Compass Centre stop. From elsewhere in Medway, Arriva bus 116 travels through the Medway campus itself from Chatham waterfront bus station through to Hempstead Valley.
  • By Train View
    • Chatham train station is the most accessible station for the campus and has regular services from Charing Cross, Waterloo East, London Bridge, Cannon Street, London Victoria, Ramsgate and Dover. Call 08457 484 950 for train times and further information. There are various bus stops and a taxi rank outside Chatham train station.
