Introduction

Getting Here

  • By Road View
    • The campus is accessed off the N1 / Drumcondra Road.
      If you are coming from the North, the campus will be on your right, approximately 650m after the R102 junction.
      If you are coming from the South, the campus will be on your left, approximately 500m after the Drumcondra rail station.
    • There are car parks located around the campus. Most of these are for staff permit holders only.
      There is pay and display visitor parking between the Dublin Education Centre and the Student Residences.
  • By Bus View
    • There are several bus stops for the College along Drumcondra Road.
      These serve routes 1, 11, 13, 16, 16C, 33, 33-N, 41, 41-A 41B, 41C, 44, 180, 740, 900, 901, 904, 910 and 980.

Sensory Pod

  • The Sensory Pod is a calming safe space for children or adults on the autistic spectrum.
  • It is approximately 2.5m long x 1.2m wide and offers a calming soundproof space with ambient lighting throughout that is not only tranquil but very enjoyable to be in.
  • There is LED mood lighting, self-adjusting temperature control, learning screen, interior back lit Sensory Mirror, multi-control panel, sliding door and exterior sensory walls.
