    • The Green Man is a new community hub and the headquarters of Phoenix Community Housing.
    • At the time of our visit (November 2013) it was newly open and not all facilities - such as the credit union - were operational.
    • The space is intended to be flexible, and will include space for business pods for start-up enterprises and other rooms to hire.
    • The outside space is intended to be used for public events such as craft markets.
    • Meeting rooms will also be used as outreach bases for other advice services such as the Citizens' Advice Bureau.
    • The centre also operates an adjacent barn building which is available to hire for functions and clubs. Please see the separate guide for full details.
