Getting Here

  • By Road View
    • Hazel Farm is located approximately two miles North of the university in an estate just off the A322 Worplesdon Road. If coming from the university, join the A3 for one junction towards London then follow the A322 towards Bagshot through Stoughton and at the first small roundabout turn right onto Cumberland Avenue. Hazel Farm is made up of the following roads: Hamilton Drive, Hamilton Close, Hamilton Place and Oregano Way. The postcode GU2 9PL will take you to Hamilton Drive.
    • Hazel Farm has parking spaces for residents.
  • By Bus View
    • There is a regular bus service to and from the Stag Hill campus. There is a bus stop on Hamilton Drive. There is also a public bus stop on Cumberland Avenue, close to the junction with Hamilton Drive. This is served by 26, 26X, 538 and PT5 buses.
  • By Train View
    • The nearest train station to Hazel Farm is Worplesdon which is approximately 2.4 miles to the North. To the South, Guildford Station is approximately 2.5 miles and London Road Station is approximately 2.8 miles away.

  • Staff undertake essential e-learning courses on diversity, which includes a module of disability.
  • Each court of residence has a warden team who are responsible for residents’ welfare and for disciplinary matters within University Accommodation. They all have a day-job within the University but outside of that, they live amongst students in the courts and are available to support them at any time during their stay on campus.
