    • The Crèche has a soft play area, and a soft play area is set up in the Main Hall on Tuesday afternoons and Thursday mornings.
    • Information about the centre is available in Braille and audio and can also be provided in different languages.
    • Membership, timetables and price list are also available in alternative formats but on request only, due to regular programme changes.
    • Assistance dogs can be left in the manager's office.
    • Staff can offer additional support if new members require an extended induction with orientating themselves around the centre.
    • Pool side staff are available in swimming areas at all times.
    • Organised training sessions are available to users that have either a sensory, physical or learning disability.
    • These sessions are managed by Marianne Sharp at the Tower Project on Monday mornings and Wednesday evenings during term time only.
