Getting Help and Assistance

Getting Here

  • By Road View
    • The racecourse is just a few minutes from Epsom Town Centre on the B290 Epsom Downs Road or alternatively just off junction 9 of the M25. During the racing season, AA signs will mark all major approach routes. If you are using satellite navigation, please use the postcode KT18 5LQ.
    • There is plenty of on-site car parking available for all conferences and events held at Epsom Downs Racecourse. During racedays car parking is available at various car parks on-site. Car parks are clearly signed.
  • By Bus View
  • By Train View
    • The nearest Railway Station is Tattenham Corner Station and Epsom Station.
    • Epsom station is connected by both South West Trains and Southern Trains. Connections from London Waterloo and London Victoria. Take a 10 minute taxi or bus ride from the station. Please note that during The Investec Derby Festival a shuttle bus service runs from Epsom station. Tattenham Corner Station. Approximately 1/2 mile walk to the racecourse. Epsom Downs Station. Approximately 1 mile walk to the racecourse.

Duchess's Stand - Trackside

  • There is step free access to the trackside area in front of the Duchess's Stand.
  • There is steep slope from the rear of the trackside area to the front of the trackside area.
  • The majority of the trackside area has a tarmac surface.
  • There is a grass area at the front of the trackside area.
  • There is bench seating available.

Designated Seating Area(s) (Duchess's Stand - Trackside)

  • The name of the designated seating area is Trackside Designated Seating Area.
  • The gradient of the ramp/slope is slight.
  • The ramp/slope is permanent.

Duchess Stand - Steppings

Duchess's Stand - Seating

  • There are 7 steps with handrails on both sides leading to the seating area from the steppings.
  • There are 1 to 4 steps from the front to the rear of the seating area.

Queen's Stand - Trackside

  • There is step free access to the rear of the Queen's Stand trackside area via the mezzanine level of the Queen's Stand.
  • There is a steep slope leading from the Duchess's Stand trackside area to the Queen's Stand trackside area.
  • There is a seating area located at the rear of the trackside area overlooking the racecourse and Winners Circle.
  • The surface of the flooring in the seating area is artificial grass.
