- This is a wildlife safari and adventure park with drive-thru animal reserves, animal enclosures, fairground rides, adventure play areas, activities, restaurant/cafes with BBQ/picnic areas and party/private hire function suite yurts and marquees.
- Facilities available in the venue include: a ticket entry office, dog kennels, various car parks, staff guided animal talks, fairground help desk, gift shops, multiple toilet blocks with accessible toilets, parent and baby rooms, and a Changing Places toilet/shower facility with ceiling-track hoist.

Toilet and Changing Facilities
- There is a toilet with adaptations, standard toilets and parent and baby changing facilities in the Ticket Office toilet block to the right before you enter the kiosk lanes. There are toilets with adaptations, a Changing Places toilet/shower facility and parent and baby changing facilities in the central Blue Badge car park toilet blocks. There is a toilet with adaptations, standard toilets and parent and baby changing facilities in the Lily Pond toilet block to the south of the park. There is also a standard toilet block near the Marquees and Sheltered BBQ area. Please refer to the separate Toilets and Changing guide for details.
Counter (Ticket Kiosks - Vehicle Entry)
- The counter is located as you enter, to the left or right.
- The height of the counter is 105cm.
- There is not a lowered section at the counter.
- The counter has windows which may affect the ability of someone to lip read.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
- There may be background noise in this area.
- Tickets must be purchased online before arrival. There are 5 entry lanes, with some kiosks on the passenger window side. At less busy times, use the kiosk signed 'Lane Open' in green, where others may be signed 'Lane Closed' in red. There is some parking near the toilet block on the right before the kiosks which can be used to cross to the ticket office for further enquiries.
Access To (Pedestrian Entry from the Bus Stop)
- There are bus stops on either side of the busy A84 near the road entrance to the park, with a tarmac pavement along Lime Avenue.
There is no pavement along the park entry road.
Before entering the park, tickets must be verified at the Ticket Office, which is located between the vehicular lanes. - The distance from bus stop is 850m.
- The most accessible route has a very easy slope.

- Before entering, tickets must be verified at the Ticket Office, between the vehicular lanes.
