Access Guide
Gate 1
- Gate 1 is located on Church Road.
- Gate 1B and 1C are for ticket holders.
- The gate is 82cm wide.
- The gate opens away from you.
- The gate is permanently held open.
- After entering turn left on to the Canyon path or forward to the North East Hall entrance.
East Canyon Path
- Approximately 12m after the gate the surface changes from tarmac to block paving.
- There are a number of slopes located at various points along the pathway.
- These slopes vary between easy and moderate.
- Continue ahead for approximately 150m before turning right on to the South West Hall ramp.
- The Food Village is located on the right side of this pathway, together with access to the Pharmacy, First Aid and Wimbledon Shop.
Gate 3 Piazza - North Road Concourse
- Go forward past Court 17 on the right and AELTC offices, Gate 3 and the museum on the left.
- The surface here is smooth tarmac.
- This is a slight slope.
- The North Road concourse is located opposite the museum and shop.
North Road Entrance - Centre Court - Access to Wheelchair Seating on Level 1 and 5
- Turn right towards the North Concourse.
- The surface here is smooth tarmac.
- The North Road entrance is straight ahead under the Centre Court sign.
- The surface here changes to concrete.
- There is a slight slope to the entrance.
- There are no doors.
- The opening is 680cm wide.
North Concourse - Alternative Route to Wheelchair Seating on Level 5
- Proceed forward onto North Concourse.
- This is a smooth surfaced tarmac slight slope 80m in length.
- North Concourse has the Centre Court on the left and courts 14-17 on the right.
- There are bench seats along the entire length of the concourse.
St Mary's Walk
- Turn left onto St Mary's Walk.
- The path is level.
- The surface is block paved.
- The path is 20 metres to the St Mary's Walk entrance.
St Mary's Walk Entrance
- There is level access to the entrance.
- The surface is block paved.
- There are no doors to the entrance.
- The opening is 370cm wide.
Outside Access (Centre Court - South East Entrance - Level 5)
- This information is for the entrance located on the south east corner of Centre Court.
- There is level access into the venue.
- The main door(s) open(s) automatically (towards you).
- The door(s) is / are double.
- The width of the door opening is 150cm (4ft 11in).
