By Road
View
- Aberystwyth University lies in the centre of the west coast of Wales on the A487 and at the end of the A44. The Llanbardan University Campus is located in Llanbardan Fawr on the east of Aberystwyth off the Primrose Hill just off the A44.
- There is a campus car park for visitors and staff and student permit holders. This car park is located along the left of the campus as you enter.

Stables and Livery Building
- The stables and livery building contains the stables, equine offices, tack room, feed room and toilets.
- There is a single, manual, light door 79cm wide which opens away from you. This entrance has a slight ramp just in front of the door and gives step free access to the stables and right side toilets.
- There is a similar entrance at the front left of the building which provides step free access into the livery and left side toilets and shower.
- There are multiple access points into the stables and livery areas both stepped and ramped.
- There is step free access throughout stables with concrete gutters running the length of the stables.
- The floor has a concrete surface.
Indoor Arena
- The indoor arena has a 4m wide level entrance as shown in photograph 1. There is a steep slope to access the indoor arena from the stables.
- The indoor arena has a sand surface.
- There is a viewing area on the left with 3 well marked, deep steps which can be bypassed by a steep ramp at the rear of the seating which accesses the front row.
- There is tiered seating with 8 deep steps up the left side of seating. The seats consist of flip down seats with no arm rests. This area is shown in photographs 4, 5 and 6.
- The right side viewing area has 3 deep steps to access. The tiered seating has 14 medium steps to access the rear of the seating. The seating consists of flip down seating with no arm rests. This is shown in photographs 7 and 8.
Outdoor Arena, Horse Walker and Yard
- The outdoor area consists of the outdoor arena, the horse walker and paddocks.
- To access this area there is a long slight slope from the indoor arena and parking. and a short steep slope from the stables and livery building.
- There is level access from Lluest Lane to this area via a single manual gate which may be heavy to open, with an opening width of 124cm.
- There is step free access throughout the area.
- The surface in the area consists of tarmac, uneven gravel, grass and sand.
