  • our Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out permitted and prohibited uses of the Services; and
  • our Cookie Policy, which explains how cookies and similar technologies are used.

If you have a separate written agreement with AccessAble, including as a client, partner or licensee, that agreement may give you additional rights to use particular AccessAble services, content or data.

3. Changes to these conditions

We may revise these Website Conditions from time to time by updating this page.

The version published on the Website at the time you use the Services will apply to that use. You should check this page periodically for changes.

4. Changes to the Services

We continually develop and update our Services.

We may change, update, suspend, withdraw or discontinue any part of the Services or any content or functionality made available through them.

We will take reasonable steps to maintain the availability and usefulness of the Services, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted or unchanged.

5. Access to the Services

The Website is made available free of charge for individuals who wish to access accessibility information.

You are responsible for making any arrangements necessary for you to access the Services and for ensuring that anyone accessing them through your internet connection is aware of these Website Conditions and complies with them.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, our users, our intellectual property or our systems.

6. Accounts and passwords

Where the Services allow you to create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

You must not disclose your password or other security information to another person.

We may suspend or disable an account if we reasonably believe:

  • it has been compromised;

The fact that AccessAble Content and Data can be viewed publicly or accessed free of charge does not mean that it is in the public domain, constitutes open data or is available for unrestricted reuse.

8. Intellectual property rights

We are the owner or licensee of intellectual property rights in the Services and in AccessAble Content and Data made available through them.

These rights may include copyright, database rights, trade marks and other intellectual property rights.

The Website may also contain material belonging to our clients, partners or other third parties, including logos, trademarks, photographs and corporate information. Rights in that material remain with the relevant rights holders.

All rights are reserved except where expressly stated otherwise.

9. Permitted personal use

Where applicable law provides a right or exception which cannot be excluded by contract, nothing in these Website Conditions is intended to override that right or exception.

AccessAble may use reasonable technical measures to protect the security, integrity and availability of its Services and data.

You may link to publicly available pages on AccessAble.co.uk provided that the link:

  • is fair and lawful;
  • directs users to the relevant AccessAble page;
