Parking and Public Transport

- The venue has its own car park.
- The nearest parking is located West Car Park.

- Parking is usually available in the West Car Park (via Gate D, Rugby Road, TW1 1DZ). Occasionally, the West Car Park is closed and alternative parking is available. Please check the website ahead of your visit to find out which car park is in use.
If Blue Badge parking is required on a day when the West Car Park is closed, please contact the museum ahead of your visit.
In order to get free parking, visitors need to register their vehicles on arrival at the England Rugby Store. Failure to register will result in a Parking Charge Notice being issued.
Visitors should not use the Short Stay Gate A Parking on Whitton Road. This car park has a 45-minute maximum stay for all bays, including Blue Badge.

Tour Information
- The tour route may vary. Below is the standard route.
- The Stadium Tour route begins in the Stadium Shop.
- There is a Changing Place toilet located at the start of the tour route near the shop. If you need to use the facility, please speak to a member of store staff before or after the tour.
- The tour guide can provide assistance with all doors along the tour.
- From the shop, the stadium tour moves to the pitchside seating area within the stadium.
- There is stepped access to the seating, whilst the tour guide does a talk.
- This area of the tour can be adapted, and visitors can use the wheelchair spaces at the front for step free access.
- From the pitchside area the tour moves back to the concourse, where there is a talk at the Poppy Gates.
- There is step free access to the Poppy Gates.
- The tour then moves into the stadium via The Spirit of Rugby entrance (please see below for more details about the entrance)
- There is stepped or lift access to level 3 (please the below for more details about the lift)
- On level 3 the tour visits the Council Room, World War 1 Painting and President suite.

- This part of the tour can be adapted, with step free access to the viewing area above the Royal Box.
- From the Royal Box seating there is stepped access down to the pitchside area and the changing room.
- This part of the tour can be adapted, and visitors can take the lift back down to level 0 and have step free access to the pitchside area and changing rooms.
- After the tour is completed, visitors return via the shop to visit the World Rugby Museum.
Entrance
- This entrance is located in the West Stand, on level 1.
