Outer Concourse and Walkways (Whitton Road and Rugby Road)
- The surface of the paths around the stadium is a mixture of tarmac and concrete tiles.
There are some dropped kerbs to cross access roads.
There are some very slight and slight slopes in places. - There is step free access to the gates A, B, C, D, E and F.
- There is clear directional signage.
- There is a stadium plan/map.
- There is a steward available for assistance on a matchday.

Entrance (Matchday)
- This entrance is located on the stadium side of the shop from the West Stand.

Getting Around

Standard Fitting Room
- The fitting room surveyed is located to the right after you enter the shop, next to the internal entrance to the museum.
- The most accessible route to the fitting room has step-free level access.
- There is step-free level access into the fitting room.
- The door opens inwards and has a high visual contrast.
- The width of the opening is 85cm.
- Internally the door has a high visual contrast.
- The following is available in the fitting room: a mirror, a coat hook and a bench seat.
Checkouts
- The checkout area is located to left after you enter the shop.
- There is step-free level access to the checkout area.
- The venue has a payment counter.
- The queue width for the main checkouts is under 120cm and the width at each turn is at least 150cm.
- The height of the payment counter is 102cm.
- The counter has patterned/distracting backgrounds which may affect the ability of someone to lip read.

Exit
